Can I change or cancel my order?

If you made a mistake on your order, like ordering the wrong product, size or color, you can contact us within the hour to have your order canceled. We cannot make any product changes to a placed order.  After the first hour, we cannot cancel or change an order.

It may be possible to accommodate address update after the initial hour, but we cannot guarantee it, as we work quickly to process and ship your orders. Please emails us at support@wigwam.com with the email subject line  SHIPPING ADDRESS UPDATE, and our team will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Bought two different pairs of socks in the same size, but when they arrived one pair was clearly bigger than the other. Did I get sent the wrong size or a mislabeled sock?

Most likely that is not the case, especially if one is an Ultra-Lightweight running sock and the other is a heavyweight hiking sock or they have different Wigwam technology. We knit our socks with a variety of yarns in different weights, from Ultra-Lightweight to Heavyweight, depending on its intended end-use. The running sock will look smaller than say a midweight hiking sock of the same size due to their respective yarn constructions and technology.

Where are your products manufactured?

Wigwam has proudly been crafting socks in Sheboygan, Wisconsin since 1905 and can say, with confidence, that all of its socks are knit domestically. Not only do we knit product in the U.S.A., but the vast majority of the material we use comes from domestic Made in the USA partners.

I have one of your socks and my Wigwam retailer cannot identify it, what can I do?

We have sock experts that can help you figure this out. Contact Customer Service at 855-275-0356, or better yet email us at support@wigwam.com, and attach a picture of the sock so we can help you identify it.

What happened to the Ultimax® and INgenius® brands?

In early 2008 both brands were rolled into the Wigwam brand. The Ultimax label denotes that the sock contains patented Wigwam moisture-moving technology. Both Ultimax and INgenius are now part of the Ultimax brand. Ultimax can now be identified by "Ultimax" on the package. The INgenius brand is now denoted by "INgenius" on the package.

Can I get some Wigwam stickers?

Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Any requests without a return envelope and required postage will not be processed.

Does Wigwam publish a catalog for consumers?

We currently do not distribute catalogs to consumers; however all our current products are shown on our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

Wigwam.com is currently accepting orders using: Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Where do you ship to and what methods are available?

We currently ship Ground across the United States only.

Do I need to set up up an account to place an order?

No, you can shop at Wigwam.com as a GUEST without creating an account. However, registering your details will allow you to track your order, review past purchases, and shop without reentering your address details

Does Wigwam.com ship to FPO / APO's?

Regrettably, we do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses.
