Returns

Wigwam will accept returns for items purchased on the Wigwam Costco Next store that are requested within 60 days from the delivery date for a refund. Returns received after 60 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. Sorry, exchanges are not offered due to stock availability. Wigwam customers come for quality and value, but even quality items have a practical lifespan. Over time, items may wear out or be damaged due to accidents, neglect, normal use, or misuse. Such circumstances are not covered, and these items cannot be returned. It is not Wigwam policy to provide a return shipping label or refund shipping costs paid to return an order, nor do we issue cash refunds for socks purchased from anywhere other than Wigwam.com.

*Opened, ripped, or torn from package without original tags (3 or 6 packs plastic bags and tape bands opened or ripped and plastic dart removed from single sock packages are to be assumed as opened and worn therefore unreturnable), tried on (worn) and laundered socks will NOT be accepted as returns due to health and sanitation reasons. If it cannot go back into inventory just as it was received, the item will NOT be refunded.

Returns are normally processed within 5 business days but may take longer during peak season time.

To request a return, please click on “return request” on your order page or email support@wigwam.com with your order number and the details of your return so we can help you further. Once authorized, and your items are returned to us you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.
